You can sub classify main leave types into Half pay leave. So when someone takes 2 days leave and classifies it as half pay, the leave balance will be deducted for one day by way of an adjustment applied. A factor of 0.5 is to be set for the leave duration for the classification for half pay. Custom factors can be set for calculation. When leave is cancelled the amount deducted will get added back as an adjustment.

To make it easy to set future holiday calendars, we have added a new feature called "Copy holiday"s from current or previous year to a another year. The dates that change in the copied year alone can be edited and corrected. This makes it easy for superadmins to add holidays for upcoming years.

Log Absences - Supervisors can now mark absences on the leave calendar when they notice someone has not turned up for work without prior a leave request or notifying the manager. An email reminder gets automatically sent to the user to put in the request. When the request for the same date is put in the absence record gets cancelled. The absence record can be cancelled if there is a genuine reason found for the employees absence at the workplace - like away on a sales call or attending a seminar or training.

Overtime reports now show the approvers and sequence of approvals in excel and pdf formats. Leave balances history popups will now show Time off in lieu days/hours that gets automatically credited to the leave balance when the overtime request is approved and TOIL is attached to a leave type.

Sending email notifications to watchers / interested parties can be restricted in the Approval path settings to only go after the leave approval. This setting will reduce the number of emails that the watchers get. Mails will go out if any changes to the leave request are done after it got approved also.
