PlanMyLeave is designed to simplify leave management workflow, eliminating paperwork
and cut delay by enabling employees to apply for leave requests online and get notified
online. After an employee has viewed his or her leave entitlements online they can
plan and place a leave request online by simply by selecting the dates and type
of leave.
The request would then go as an email and alert following a preset approval path
for supervisors / managers to approve / reject or cancel leave requests.Managers
can view the applications on a graphical Leave Calendar where they can see the overall
pattern of leave applications and personnel availability, helping them to make prompt
informed decisions on approvals and staffing levels.
Employees login using their userid and get immediate access to their leave entitlements,
while managers can view at a glance all employees' leave history, leave balances,
pending leave applications, authorizations, authorizations awaited and company holidays.
